La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Terre Haute

We only stayed one night; but, everything was perfect! We had a room with a King sized bed that was unbelievably comfortable. The entire hotel was extremely clean and the staff is very polite. I would most certainly recommend this hotel to anyone interested.

Overall it was good, but there are ways it could have been a lot better. For example, one of the faceclothes had some kind of bloody stain on it, the lotion and soaps were all on the verge of being empty, and the window that faced into the room let in the street lamp light all night despite the curtains being closed. The breakfast was not food for choice... we had an apple each and coffee. We also had one coffee in the room. Overall it was okay.

The kid at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He didn’t have to go outta his way to help but he did and meant a lot to my son and I both. Incredible young kid with a very bright future. Oh ya hotel was nice too lolololol.

Comfortable room except the refrigerator made noises all night. The lobby was great. Breakfast was well done. Easy on and off the freeway. The hotel staff is the only reason for not getting 5 stars. When we arrived I went to the counter to check in, the host was in some sort of other space. Standing at the desk blankly then barely muttering while checking me in. The next morning a different host was the same way- no hellos, no good morning to anyone. I watched a man stand there 20 minutes while she was on the phone - never recognizing he was standing there nothing. When she finally hung up she offered no apology or anything. The front door auto open did not work. I was hanging out in the lobby because my son was still asleep. Several guests would try to flag her down when they couldn’t get in and she’d just stand there staring off into the distance.

Had the most excellent experience, after driving 16 hours and having 2 bad experiences with different hotals. LA Quinta was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, staff made us feel like family making sure we had everything we needed & delightful continental breakfast before on the road again.

Great location right off of the highway with plenty of stores and restaurants around. Hotel is extremely clean and maintained. Double bed room was spacious and nicely decorated as was the bathroom. Bonus points for a well-situated shower head that us tall people didn't have to duck to use! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel for all travelers.

This is a very clean and nice hotel. It is well maintained and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything has always been really clean , including the pool and gym area which gets overlooked a lot at hotels. The only thing I've noticed the last few times I've stayed here is dust in some areas of the room- like up a wall and the nightstands. The rest of the room is very clean so Im thinking these are little things that can get overlooked. The second thing is the elevator. There are 2 but only one is working. Each time I stay the other elevator has never been fixed. Its ok if the hotel isnt crowded but sometimes they have large groups for sports and then you can wait a long time for an elevator. I will say that the elevator ia kept very clean throughout the day which often gets overlooked at some places!
